Yes — completely free. Just register, show up live all 3 days, and do the homework. That's it.
Is there a replay if I miss a day?
No. This is a live event only. There are no recordings or replays. We do this intentionally to keep the energy high and make sure the people in the room are committed. If you register, show up.
Do I need to already be off Turo to join?
No — this challenge is specifically designed for Turo operators who are ready to make the move. You don't need to have gone private yet. Day 1 starts from the very beginning.
How much time do I need each day?
Each session runs 6–8PM EST. We recommend blocking out the full 2 hours each evening to give yourself time to take notes and complete the daily homework.
What happens after the challenge?
At the end of Day 3, James will walk through the full program for operators who want to implement everything with direct support. There's no pressure — but if you're ready to move, the opportunity will be there.
Is this for people with one car or multiple?
Both. Whether you have one car on Turo or five, the system works the same way. The funding piece in particular can help you add vehicles faster than you thought possible.
